The Tile Doctor Advanced Enhance and Protect is a solvent-based, no-sheen impregnating sealer designed for top-tier protection and enhancement of the character of unsealed surfaces and natural stone. It revitalizes the appearance and intensifies the color of worn and weathered stone. The enduring protective layer forms a vapor-permeable barrier that repels water, grease, oil, stains, and dirt while enhancing the appearance. It is non-yellowing and resistant to weather and UV. Can also be used as a pre-grout sealer and for sealing grout joints.
